What happens after I am removed from an organization?

You'll still have access to your personal Astell account and any other organizations you're part of. If you think the removal was a mistake, contact your organization admin. To rejoin, you'll need a new invitation from an organization admin.

What should I do if I'm an organization admin but can't access my organization?

Log into your personal Astell account and check whether the organization appears on your dashboard. If it's missing, email founders@labtwofour.com with:

  • Organization name
  • Your role
  • Approximate date of last access

Can my account be restored if I deleted it by mistake?

If it's been within 14 days, email founders@labtwofour.com immediately and include your previous email address plus relevant account details. Astell may be able to restore your account and data. After 14 days, the data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered; you'll need to create a new account and reconnect integrations.
